With a slogan of 'you break it, we fix it', this bike shop team seeks to solve the perennial problem of basic bike repairs as a service to students. The team will also carry a small line of replacement parts, and in future phases of the project, will partner with other student operated enterprises, such as the Cottages to offer rental packages to campus guests. By refurbishing abandoned bikes on the campus, the team anticipates having a steady supply of bicycles to rent to students, faculty, staff, alumni and our many campus guests, again in future phase of project. The team expects to form partnerships with local area bike shops and will refer customers for purchases and more complicated repairs. |
